Using vbs3o properly - How to configure

I've been using gold version 3.2.0 for over 5 months, my site been up and running successfully for 1 year.

I still have not moved in any key level....."description/key word/title etc..."

What on earth do you have to do to get the most benefit from using it?

Obviously setting it up properly I presume but I cannot get any better than page 7 in google by keyword. I get approximately 2000 page views per day.

I have this errors when i try to enter a profile member or to enter to a topic.

Whay? Please help me
