I feel as if people are posting in the wrong section because they have no guidence. Although forum descriptions may look bad sometimes, they can really save on some issues.
My only suggestion would be to possibly add forum descriptions for not all forums but at LEAST add them for the REQUEST secton & "How To".
Their is a large list of requests & "what is this?" posts in the "How To" section. My understanding of the how to section is if you want to know how to change the "Powered by Vbulletin" words or something like that then you post their. Am I wrong?
People also post tons of requests in the release sections. Again, this is due to lack of guidence. Even if their was a sticky post that says "DONT POST REQUESTS HERE!" or something like that, that should significantly reduce the wrong section posts.
