User CP Glitch.. Tried Updating, but still same problem

for some reason the drop down menu is cut off due to some css error or something

this problem occurs on everyone of my templates (even vbulletin classic)

can someone help me isolate this problem? Updated from 3.7.0 RC2 to 3.7.2 Patch 1

EDiT: changed title from USER CP to MEMBERINFO

tried to revert all templates, but didn't help...the memberinfo template has never been edited.. i have installed new skins and the problem still exists.

I think I am trying to revert it correctly in styles & templates>> edit style

then select memberinfo templates and try to click revert... but won't let me

so just tried to revert all templates and didnt work.. is it possible this is a

problem in my SQL or a file on my server needs to be reuploaded?
