Time out of sync

Was just wondering if anybody would have an idea as to why my forum would be 6 minutes out off for the time. And also at the time at the bottom won't update unless I refresh my page, everything was fine until today and haven't done anything so am kinda stumped. I am using 3.8.1, Thank You.

Have your host correct the time on the server you're hosted on. And the time display in the footer is working correctly - it's not supposed to change until refreshed.
