well, in terms of snacks, try eating some ice cubes.
its just water, but it gives your stomach the feeling that you are eating.

Try some crunches aswell.
Eat a lot of greens, and try your best not to eat red meats.
the best excersizes are swimming and biking, so try some of that.

good lcuck!!

Heya. Jheez fromt he sounds of your question and the 'little overweight' bit I thought you would be massive! Your just normal. Everyone at 13 has a tiny belly. It doesn't mean your overweight. You just lose it as you grow up, me being a perfect example.

If you really want to lose the red line bit, I wouldn't do any cardio or eating diets. I would just do some exersizes especially designed to tighten your tummy, which is what you want right? Do maybe 50 sit ups a night. Then you will have a flat stomach in no time!

(If you start dieting what tends to happen is you lose the weight in the wrong places- like your boobs for instance!)

Try bellydancing. That's what I do. I've been doing it since I was 15 and my abs are strong and toned.
Or any kind of dancing. I hate exercising so I dance instead.

You look fine as you are right now, so no worries. But if you want to be healthier and whatnot, start taking walks at night, and cutting down on your fat intake a little. For snacks, bananas are good, and have a good amount of potassium, try wheat thins or triscuts, they come in yummy flavors and are full of fiber, so they keep you full between meals. String cheese is good, its roughly 90 calories a piece, and they have calcium, so its pretty good for you. Meals, you can eat what you usually eat, as long as its not super fried foods everyday. Just make sure you use portion control, and stop eating when your full. exercises, try jogging for 20 minutes a day at first, after a week, bump it up to 30 minutes. If you're not a big runner, something fun to do its blast your ipod with some dancey music and just dance around for 30 minutes, its a nice alternative to the traditional exercising. I found a website with videos on how to do some exercises, i'll put it in the source box., i hope i helped. )
