I'm just curious if managed (or non-managed) Windows dedicated server providers offer terminal services (Remote Desktop) access to the system, so you can login to the desktop and physically administer it as if you were sitting right in front of the system. Is this a fairly regular thing?yes, it is!It will be a question you have to ask, as you will find some 'managed providers' wont allow it in actual fact. They will completely take over, so in all fairness you really don't know what is going on.So I would suggest just confirming with your provider first, but more often than not Terminal Server access is the normal yes.
