Have a template in a .psd format?? Don't know how to code it??
All i require is a .psd, and a small few.
The few is only $10, That is a very cheap price for what i have seen.
I will not design you a template, you must purchase a template from somebody or have designed it yourself. After i have coded it and sent you the coded version I will delete the .psd forma from my computer permently and will never ask for it again enless you ask to code it again. I will keep the coded version on my computer for 7 days incase you delete it by acccident, after that i will charge a $3 re-code.
