This is an hack adds an extra option to the Search drop down list on the nav bar to allow quick access to the Tag Search page.

Instructions
- Import product-jd_20071220.xml into vB using the AdminCP Product Manager. If upgrading then set Allow Overwrite to Yes.
- In the AdminCP, select vBulletin Options > Tag Search Link On Navbar Search, enter the usergroups that you want to see the extra link.
