SportsAddicted.net is a Sports Resource website for NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, etc fans to gather and talk about what they love. I am selling because I am looking to raise money for a new venture, which requires me to get rid of all of my current websites to raise enough funds. Otherwise, I would love to keep this precious gem.

Site features an amazing home page design, which I paid $345 to have made/coded. Designer is supposed to finish a matching forum skin for vbulletin as well, but I have no heard of him for almost a week now. Not sure why. SportsAddicted.net has quickly dominated almost all of the top sites it has been submitted to. You may view them at the footer of each page.
If you view whois info, the domain name, SportsAddicted.net, was only recently registered (May or June I believe of this year). This is because the site went under 'SportsAddicted.com' in the past. I was unable to regain this domain name unfortunately. I do, however have the contact info of the current owner, which I can turn over to the new owner of you wish.
Revenue Details
The site is only earning a couple of pennies per day off of the only adsense ad on the home page side bar. SportsAddicted.net also has a private advertiser who actually found me, who pays $40/month for a sitewide 468x60 banner advertisement.
You are bound to earn much more revenue if you place google adsense on all pages, and monetize it throughout the forums (using free vB mods). Also, open up to private advertisers publicly. That's some huge earning potential.
Traffic Details
SportsAddicted.net receives around 250 unique visitors per day (on average), and over 2100 page views per day. Just recently, its been getting some good traffic from digg and netscape (just off of two submittions), making it go up to 700 unique visitors on a single day. Here's the most recent stats:
