i reinstalled the vbulltein .. but now my skins r not loading properly

plz tell me wt to do

If you did a complete install with new database and all, then you need to import your styles XML file.

Try going to if using Firefox: View > Zoom > Reset.

It looks like you've changed the text size within your browser (if you have a mouse with a wheel on it you have done it with that and not noticed). It's happened to me before and that's how I have fixed it in the past.
