General assistant.
I don't think you are legal to work at the till, so they wouldn't put you there.
So, as a general assiostant, you'll be doing nay other miscellaneous jobs involved

you are able to be a checkout worker - i worked on a waitrose checkout from the age of 16, you just have to ask every time you sell alcohol!

otherwise, any kind of assistant would be fine - eg general assistant, display assistant...

it might be easier going into a sainsburys store near you and picking up an application form - then you can apply for a general role and they'll consider you for anything they have (me and a friend did so when at school, i got checkout and she got stacking yoghurts!)
