its a pity no one would update this to 3.7.X

3.6.8 version is available here, how hard is it to update skins as i could do it myself.

Foxy its just code editing and sometimes the templates are just to dam many ....one theme I did had over 100 template edits ....just to much.

what if i installed the skin on a test 3.6.8 board and upgraded the board to 3.7.4 would it upgrade the .xml file then if i downloaded it from the admincp after the upgrade?

no as the custom files for the theme have to be done manually. The only thing updated the way your talking is the original vbulletin code.
