Hi everyone,Have you had experience with a host or company that offers server management services (round-the-clock)?Would welcome your experiences and comments.Best,http://www.platinumservermanagement.com/I recommend ServerWizards.com, top-notch service, I never had to wait longer than few minutes for a reply to my tickets. Thumbs up!jonesolutions.com ;)I also recommend jonesolutions. I have also used PSM in the past as well. Jones has been very helpful at times going beyond the typical management tasks.I second the vote for Platinum Server Management. We've been using them for quite a while now and have never been disappointed. They do only work with cPanel/WHM servers though, but they know how to work with it.hii are using PSM and we are very happy, the are quick on answer, very clear on their answers, i recommend...best regardsI would recommend platinumservermanagement. We have been with them for quite sometime now and they have always helped us in the biggest problems we've had. You know the ones you want to pull your hair out.Hi everyone,

Best,

I'd recommend http://www.platinumservermanagement.com/ as well as many people who posted here have done. Why? Because PSM is beyond any other Server Management company out their. PSM Cares for you, give them a shot. $29 a month is a solid price.dont forget about: 30days money backno activation tax BRhttp://www.platinumservermanagement.com/ ive had them for 2 days and best money spent ever!!!My mental definition of server management must be different to the one on this thread ... our local (read: expensive, we are in Australia) managed host apparently charges on average $AU30,000 a month. Thats an awful lot more than $US29, but apparently handles the Oracle licensing as well and some very, very nice terms of service.I'm in the market for two radically different types of hosting for radically different websites at radically different ends of the scale ... I think the $20 a month one I need *this* week is going to be far easier to source :)I can imagine the Oracle licensing making up most of that monthly fee
