Any suggestions would be welcome at this point.ThanksI am migrating certain clients to other company's. Due to a change in our business model. That is good that you decided to finally contact me, but you still have obligation to atleast fix the issue currently server is facing till i can find suitable server management company. Leaving old customers in middle without prior notice is not a good business ethic. It might take me time to find any suitable server management company cause i have been out of loop and out of WHT for so long after getting your services as it was pretty decent and i did not have to look anywhere else for support. So, please kindly look into the issue that i have the ticket open for. I have no problem paying for next month cycle either. If you want to raise prices do let me know the changes and expected price will see if i can still afford your services.

You have an existing contract/agreement in place? if so, I'd imagine Steve will fulfull that contract. If not, then what is it that obligates him to provide that service to you? If you don't have a long term contract in place, always have a Plan B.I recently took on a full time job, because of this I am unloading most management clients (as I do not want to deal with them, one time consulting is preferred) to other management company's. Regarding "Energizer Bunny", he was not billed at the end of may.

I am suggesting "Energizer Bunny" go with Jones Solutions as he runs a very nice company.I recently took on a full time job, because of this I am unloading most management clients (as I do not want to deal with them, one time consulting is preferred) to other management company's. When I Google that company I get company that works only with Microsoft. http://www.jonessolutionsinc.com/http:/ ... ns.com/You have an existing contract/agreement in place? if so, I'd imagine Steve will fulfull that contract. If you don't have a long term contract in place, always have a Plan B.Karl its not always about contract, its more of a trust thing, that i have upon steven , which i still do, its just that he did not inform me prior and i kept putting in tickets and after seeing no replies i got concerned (he did mention about few fires around his place recently so its pretty obvious bad things come to mind and if that had been the case, i was still helpless, i would have not been able to do much..) I have already contacted jones, he is more than happy to take care of server, and if he makes bobo (which i doubt as steven put in good words for him),i can always throw some emails to steven to help out if ever needed :D .Agreements are ok if ur not sure about the person you are dealing with , and with steven i did not need any agreements, neither will i with you karl cause i have used your services too.Cheers.If you have a cPanel server, you should seriously consider http://www.platinumservermanagement.com they are a very solid company.I would suggest http://jonesolutions.com/ too :)If you have a cPanel server, you should seriously consider http://www.platinumservermanagement.com they are a very solid company.I wouldn't recommend my customers go there. Just thought i'd chime in, I have to agree with Steven on that one unforunately. Seeks would be another.

On that note it's the first i've saw MNXsolutions and they do have a nice website:)The two I would recommend are:got-management.comservaxnet.comWe have done a bit of business with both and they are very solid. The two I would recommend are:

got-management.com
servaxnet.com

Congratulations!

Thank you.I wouldn't recommend my customers go there. Scott.C at http://www.admingeekz.com/ is good too but only issue i had was delays in ticket responses cause i remember back than he was single handedly operating everything, and once he got sick when my server was in real trouble and it just ticked me off than, not sure if he got any more partners now, as he planned on doing. But since i am talking with jones now i think i will signup with them only thing is i would have to use my CC, which i do not like as i like paypal for server management, after all my clients pay me via paypal so my cc never gets to see the money :(. But jones did offer me alternate route to payment via paypal, waiting for him to come online msn so i can signup :). Looked at http://www.mnxsolutions.com/ , just too expensive i would say for myself and my needs.I would agree on got-management.com. Jon is very good.

Thank you Steve, I appreciate that!

Jon
