pros and cons of older styles to newer.

I would like to know what are the differences in running older styles with newer versions of vb.
Say I have vb3.7.3 and have a stlye vb3.6.4 and it installs and works fine, what is the difference between a style 3.6.4. and a new style 3.7.X??
I have lots of older styles that seem to run just fine on my vb 3.7.3.

Some features and elements will not run / work correctly as code will be missing.
It is always best to use the correct style version with the correct vB version, if you can't afford / find at least try to update the templates that need it. vBulletin has a great little template comparer built in and is very user friendly :)
