problem with arcade

Have you tried re-installing the arcade? That's the only thing I can think of that would cause it to suddenly stop working if it was previously operational is some file corruption somewhere. I assume the file permissions of the /arcade directory are still set to 777? I don't think permissions would keep it from working, but check anyway just to make sure.

Maybe just try over-writing the original arcade.php for starts and see if that affects anything.

I just tried accessing arcade.php on my own forum and I don't get that same message which makes me think something is amiss file-wise.
