problem upgrading...

Im trying to upgrade 3.6.8 to 3.7.5 and when i execute /install/upgrade.php it sent me to this page:

Not Found

The requested URL /foros/vbseo.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Make sure you have upgraded the files, also CHMOD the vBSEO file to 666 so the install script can read it.
