I really need help on hosting vbulletin. Im using 000webhost.com. It's MySql and Php compatible but I get a database error and I am unable to see the vbulletin forum for whatever reason. Please help

I need a help. I have one computer. In my computer motherboard is not good working. So What can I do. I also check with hardware engineer but then after my motherboard is not repaired. So please help me.
