i noticed that this happens when i work in heavy programs like photo shop or playing a game or doing many thing at the same time<br />

it gives me a blue screen with alot of word on it and what i noticed from it is something like memory dumb and it checks about something<br />

This is common in Windows. It's usually a problem with drivers, or software that isn't compatible with your hardware.

Try using the Windows Update website, and update any software that seems to trigger the problem.

EDIT I've just noticed you don't have a Service Pack installed. This could be the cause of the problem. I strongly recommend you update to the latest service pack.
