I hope its OK i post this here, i have a Forum for sale its getting lord knows a ton of traffic both from type ins and from searches its Google listed and referenced

and the only one for the TV show on Bravo this website has produced 339.29 this month and i have cj stats (commission Junction) i also have traffic stats at any given time there is 5 to 10 visitors on the board and is averaging 1 to 2 new sign ups a day for the forum.

I simply Do not have time to mess with full time control of a forum as i have to many irons in the fire now this is a good chance for some one here new or old for the matter to jump right into something that is already making money and if you enjoy the music which i don't it would be even better, i like the T.V Show on Bravo but i don't even have time to see it each episode and set the forum for it.
If someone whats to take the time to add some links to this as its a PR3 by its self this will grow easily to a PR 5 6 or 7 in a very short time and thus produce some nice income for the owner.
The TV show has already announced a second season and its only halfway through the first one as the show is a hit.
Well i guess that's it any questions email or Pm Me i'm going to offer it here first if i don't have any offers by Thursday 4, 2005 ill post it on some other forums i figured id give some one here a chance first at this.
