Quick Quote & Nick in quick reply allows insert nickname and selected text to quick reply form

+ Script works with WYSIWYG and Standard Editor
+ The selected text pasted into a quickreply only if the link/button is pressed in the same post
+ Two options to insert nickname in quickreply: with reference to the user profile and simple [b]Username[/b]
+ The user can not insert own nickname in the quickreply
+ Nicknames of deleted users are not active for the script
