Merging db (Joomla! & VBulettin)

How do I merge 2 db; from Joomla!1.0.x & VBulletin 3.6.8?
What are the fields that need to be merged?

I've tried reading thru the mySQL page but.... I'm really 'blind' on these..

Need help because the site formerly uses Joomla and there are about 70% users in the compared to the VBulletin Forum Board

There are 3 files - mod, com... plugins... how do I extract the last files...? Its not either com or mod....

sorry bro.. i never use joomla .. you can try read the readme.txt or google the site.. sorry bro..
