Are you specifically looking for a company in a particular country, i.e. USA, UK etc?
I can think of a couple in the UK but these might not be of any use if you want your server elsewhere.
What level of management do you require? Do you want someone who looks after all the software updates etc so you can just concentrate on the customer accounts, or do you want someone who will actually handle the account setup/maintainance too.

They've been pretty solid and now they own their own data center.

but they are too expensivebmorejon,Please tell us what you mean by too expensive. You are looking for a managed solution. Which means basically a total hosting platform that you can rely on with total support. That is not cheap. If you want RELIABLE service and management then you must pay for it.Also, have you considered a windows server with Plesk instead of Helm? It may open your options up a bit.Liquidweb is good and not that expensive, they dont have helm
