I am currently have a reseller account and I want to expand my web hosting business, The only problem is I am not available 24/7 so I have been looking around for company's that offer customer support to my customers (outsourced support) only thing is I am looking for a company that I can get the dedicated server managed and support for my clients all in one (instead of going with 2 different company's) I have had 2 support tickets in the last month and have 47 domains hosted... I found a company that will offer server monitoring and customer support for $175 a month but they do not do servers... Usually for providers that offer managed services with their dedicated servers, the support is only provided to you (the client). So the only way it will work is if you contact the provider directly unless you have your clients disguised as you
