I'm not sure if any of you have seen this (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.communitymx.com/blog/index.cfm?newsid=664">http://www.communitymx.com/blog/index.cfm?newsid=664</a><!-- m -->) . It seems Dell is suing a guy for using his name in his domain name (his name is Paul Dell). I know this topic is discussed here quite a bit; just wanted to pass it along.
