I am not sure these exist in honesty. If they do there will be some dirty catch like you have to dial into them, or they would wait until you become semi depedant and regular as a user and hit you with a fee.

There is no such thing as free, especially with smaller companies! They are always looking at long term gain in there short term loss.

Be wary, just spend a few dollars a month on a named host.
