a lot of people badmouth godaddy for some of their business practices (there was a story a while ago about how the ceo was bidding-up domain names on their auction block) -- but personally I have had no problems with them. I am hosting several sites including a fairly high-volume site (www.giftlinkup.com) as an ASP.NET application, and I'm happy with it so far.
