Is a keygen'd vBulletin safe?

Is a keygen vBulletin basically safe? I mean, would Jelsoft know any different if you had a keygen'd one compared to an actually licenced one..

Sorry for the bother, but im curious.

Thanks, if you reply and help !

Of course they would, they have a database with all customers order details and domain names. If your domain doesn't come up and you're running vB then they assume it's nulled. In the database there is:

Name
Email
Purchase date
Payment Details
Licence Type (Leased, Owned, Branding Free, Project Tools, Blog. Phone Support)
Forum URL
License Expiry

No keygen will forge that, the keygen just stamps a "fake" customer and license number in your files so if your host or someone views the files on your server it looks legitimate.

Using a nulled script on a live site is never safe, but a Keygen version is the the safest option.
You will alway run the risk of losing all your hard work when running a Nulled script on a live site, which is why its advised to backup on a regular basis and as stated in most Nulled scripts NFO files Nulled scripts are created for people to try before you buy so if you really like the script buy it. ;)
