LMFAO 2 MUCH

Alright, I recently installed I.Q. 2.2 and it is working fine as far as uploading quiz's and other things. The only problem I have come across so far is when I log into the Admin CP>Inferno Quiz Controls>Control Inferno Quiz's
Now, once there I try to select a quiz, the Set State To Option, then I click Execute Action. Well, instead of it opening the quiz it tells me I have to log in and when I log in it sends me back to the Admin CP home page. When I go check to see if the quiz I set to open is open, it is still closed.
Any clue to why this is happening?
Also, when viewing the Styles & Templates>Style Manager>Edit Templates
The quiz templates are not collapsed under the Custom Templates tab.
