How to use???

Hey, i just got the vBulletin and i jus registered like 2 minutes ago. What do i do with it? Do you need a domain name to get it???? wat do you do with that thing. Upload it?? OR wHAT

Your download a vBulletin version. and upload the files to your webhost. Or read the readme in the downloadfolder. then change you config.php.new to config.php and edit the database settings. then go you install vbulletin.

http://yourdomain/install/ and install it :D

and worng selection!
