2.problem how to change the format of my site like this

after i install my vbulletin version 3.8.1

my format of my site is:

username join date
rank post

and i want to change that to this format

3.problem yesterday is ok but i dont know why now i have this problem when
i log out in my site my username is still online so i dont know if all the user in my site is true online or not offline so i 1 make username again in my site and i check my site then i see my admin username is still online then all user are online in my site i see all that..then in my country is night so i go to my bed and i sleep and in my country morning wake up i open again my pc and i login my username and all user login in my site with night is still online in the morning? so if this is true all that user is still online or that is fake online? in my site have 2 admin me and my friend sticky but my friend sticky is not online now to i cant talk to him what he edit in the last so our site have this fake user online..

i like in my site is this mods:

Users active in the past 24 hours: 514

but i dont like the fake user online so i dont know if the user is true online or offline

Currently Active Users: 364 (50 members and i forgot the number of guests)

but after i wake up in the morning time my site status is

Currently Active Users: 364 (55 members and 309 guests) then all user online
in night is still online? before me sleep i have 50 members online and after i wake up i have 55 members online so i think when you login in my site you will see the username are online but after you close or logout your site you still online and your username will on the list in the active user and online

so i want to fixed this problem because i dont like this because i dont know if the user is true online or not online

i think this is the problem check this one guys
before i dont have see this but now after i finish to reply in thread and post i see this msg

i have question this is the problem why all user when log out is still online?

so i register in other site and i try to reply to thread and automatic my post will be sent in the forum with out showing the msg like that in the image



any one know how to solve my problem plz help me i need the help from the vbulletin site expert thanks in advance

updates for my problem: added how to change the logo in vbulletins where i go in admin cp? then what need to upload? what need to change or edit to change the logo of my vbulletin site

and my number 3 problem is still not fixed see the old image i post i have 55 members are online then now i have 72 members online and look the username in my old picture i post in the 1st page is the same user online list in my old image is still online and not lagout and other new register user login in my site will add so i have 72 members are online but the others user is not online like my friend Sticky she is offline but you see in the picture Sticky is online in my site then when i click the status of user is online so i dont understand if the user is fake online or real online in my site....

and note before i sleep yesterday some of that user is online in my site then i wake up and now i will go to my bed and i will sleep again but other user in my online list in my website is still online so anyone can help me how to fixed this problem the Currently Active Users:ONLINE LIST i put a screenshot now then look guys this is the new picture or image i capture now in my site other user online in my old picture i post in 1st page is still online now in my site but some of other user is not offline like sticky is 100 percent offline and not in computer but sticky is online in my site plzz help me to fixed this to know who the real user are login in my site and remove the fake user login in my site online list here the picture:

hey i finish to upload the image rank in my forum root image ranks but now i know how to add new rank and add rank image... go to admin cp ranks add new rank right? but how to add rank image in administrator super mod and moderator that rank have already create in my forum? so i cant create new admin so how or where i go to add image rank in administrator? plz answer me thanks

Rank images don't go in the root, the go in images/ranks then admincp/user ranks/Add New User Rank

It does not really matter where you upload the images, what matter is you knew the file path.

After uploading the image, go to user ranks, add new user rank, you have to supply the necessary information then.

User Rank File Path : 	example: images/moderator.gif
	
OR you may enter textHTML is allowed : example: <a href="http://imageshack.us/?action=view&current=earthbg.png" target="_blank"><img src="http://iimageshack.us/earthbg.png" border="0" alt="imageshack"></a>

Sorry, but you are just DEAD WRONG! For CONSISTENCY, you should use the tools that EXIST and NOT BE SLOPPY about managing your site.

I can guarantee that the next "problem" will be "I can't find my images, what wrong?"

DO IT RIGHT and you don't have junk all over your site that you have not a clue about what it is or why it there!

The point of fact is that Jelsoft added a Ranks subfolder to images/ for this purpose, USE IT! The DEFAULT location in the rank manager is "images/" and what are we working on, oh RANKS, well let's see here is a ranks folder under images/ maybe that is what I ought to be using... what a surprise!

1 STEP OPEN MY FILEZILLA THEN GO TO FORUM ROOT IMAGE FOLDER THEN CLICK RANKS FOLDER THEN UPLOAD FOR EXAMPLE : juniormember.png

THEN AFTER I FINISH STEP NUMBER 2 IS GO TO MY ADMIN CP THEN user ranks/Add New User Rank

Usergroup: All user groups or i will click administrator:

Minimum Posts: 0 or what number you like in number post of rank but i have 1 question how about administrator rank or moderator ? i will set up this to 1000 or i will leave that blank with no msg or no number

Stack Rank: what i choose for this sir YES OR NO?

Display Type: what i choose for this sir ALWAYS OR IFDISPLAY GROUP + THIS GROUP?

User Rank File Path: images/ranks <<THIS or THIS>> images/ranks/juniormember.png OR>> images/ranksjuniormember.png

Stack Rank = your choice

sir last question so did you mean i need to make new usergroup with name senior member active member? because i have only regisered moderator super mod admin rank in my forum ..then how about when i add moderator or super moderator i dont like example when user have 100 post will automatic go to moderator rank i dont like that i want is who user work hard and know how to post with no spam so i will add that in moderator rank? >>> Minimum Posts = your choice <<<<< so why i add in minumum post? 0 or i leave that in blank with out any number

User rank is different from user promotions.

User ranks are images that appear beneath your user's names on their posts.

It is recommended that you update user titles and ranks after adding, editing, and deleting user titles or ranks.

Just go to user ranks manager, it is located above or go to maintenance, located at the bottom of the ACP, update counters, then update user titles and ranks...

Just a piece of advise, get acquainted with the ACP.
