I am looking for a mod that will allow for me to assign Mod and Admin powers by the individual and not by the group. Is there a mod out there that will allow for me to do that? If not, how would I go about creating a mod to do that?
And I want to be able to assign what they can do to the details, aka, they can sticky posts, but they can not post in locked topics, they can delete threads or posts, but they can't suspend users...
