how i convert ASP 7 IIS Website with mdb database to an android application?

i have Local small website for some solution i made,something that i use to run locally on my computer and i'm the only one that use it from localhostactually it's an application that made from asp IIS 7 Websitenow when we are in the android era, i want to CONVERT that website to an android appis there any compiler or tool that can help me get it done easily? without big reprogramming?thanks
