We had to write this review for Hosting Support Guru (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hostingsupportguru.com">www.hostingsupportguru.com</a><!-- w --> (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hostingsupportguru.com/">http://www.hostingsupportguru.com/</a><!-- m -->)) which is owned by Byte Technosys (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bytetechnosys.com">www.bytetechnosys.com</a><!-- w --> (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bytetechnosys.com/">http://www.bytetechnosys.com/</a><!-- m -->)).We had bought their server management package and used it for about 3 months. So far the support provided for my Windows servers has been exceptional. They are quick and know the job inside out. The team has exceeded our expectations with reliable, professional, knowledgeable support. With their 24x7 monitoring and weekly server maintenance, we are enjoying a good uptime and I would highly recommend them for Windows support.I used them for 4 yrs or so. I have my own dedicated team based over in bytes offices, never had any issues that were not resolved. Short review however 4yrs and still going says enough about their services!
