help with web page maker

so i downloaded it from <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.download.com">www.download.com</a><!-- w --> and i created my pages and all so i save it and upload it to <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.atspace.com">www.atspace.com</a><!-- w --> then i try to acess my domain and it says page cannot be found any tips?
