For the past few months, I've been using 000webhost.com, which is a great free web host. However, their up time as well as bandwidth has been shotty, and they don't allow you to create your own CNAME/A records, which are vital for me.<br />

In light of this, are there any good free webhosts with good up time, good bandwidth, a decent amount of storage, as well as the ability to add and modify CNAME as well as A records?<br />
