I have been lurking on this board for a while and I want to share my experience with TSS. I had problems with optimizing server and needed a fast fix. I tried PSM but they took too long to respond so I decided to go with TSS after checking out their live chat support. Though they're a bit expensive but it's all worth it! I have used them twice for server optimization and they're blazing fast and very helpful! I'm a super satisfied customer and I highly recommend TSS for your emergency server needs. Thank you TotalServerSolutions. :gthumb:I just recently got a new server with SoftLayer (after reading some reviews here) and their support is pretty fast but not very helpful.
