Force user to read Thread

I have some problem when i set at admincp post and thread usergroup member the hack forece all members...can force member only zero post to read the thread or after register the hack is run to force read....whe this hack run all members get a force i need only the zero post and or after register no a members old

thank before... please give me some solution about that

there should be some kind of option to make it only members with a 0 post count will get forced to read the thread.
keep looking through the options, you probably overlooked something
