Ive seen this postbit mod creating a frame and shadow around the avatar and find it really cool. Does anyone know what mod/edit this is?

I think they made it like that by adding a drop shadow to the picture in Photoshop.

No the white frame and shadow is added automatically to all avatars in the forum, so something build into the forum
