I would like some confirmation on something that I believe that I already know, but I would like your opinions. I already get a good stream of traffic through Google and about half through Yahoo, but I notice that I get lower rankings in other search engines like MSN and others. I notice that these search engines have a tendency to have websites with a full domain name listed first. The only difference is that I am using a sub domain on blogger. Is it proven that if you have a domain name instead of the subdomain that your traffic hits will significantly increase? Has anybody used a subdomain first and then switched to full domain name and then noticed a marked increase in traffic?
