Hey guys, I'm looking for the best advertising network for a site with less than legal content. The hosting for my site is in the Netherlands, so it is legal for me to post links to copyrighted content.
I'm looking for a good solid advertising network (preferably CPM, but CPC will work as well), that won't suspend my account for having illegal content on my site.
