[ask]Making Own Styles

Hi there, I'm a newbie here. I hope I didn't post in the wrong section.

Anyway, I want to ask how to create own skin ? I want to learn so that I can create a skin and maybe share it to others..
Any tutorial to change the skin color, or something like that ?
Do I need php or xml skill to edit the skin ?

Confuse right now..

Start off by going into your admin CP...

click on the Styles and Templates expandable box
select style manager
click on the drop-down box to the right of the style you want to edit
select "All Style Options"

Then just edit it to your liking with your images and colors. Template editing is a little more advanced but changing the images should be easy enough.
