Alternative to Touchsupport

Hello,

Would like to know of any server management companies that come close to the turn around we have been used to with Touch. Must say they are good, but seems that they are quite strict in what they support and don't. (e.g a server with a free control panel such as ISPconfig is not supported as well as alternative XEN based virtualization such as from virtualiron.com)

Don't see the reason why we have to deploy specific control panels or have none for us to get support for our servers that are for our own use internally.

Anyone with any suggestions for alternatives?

Regards."Jack of all trades, master of none."I can see where specializing in specific operating systems, control panels and applications can be beneficial, for both the consumer and business. So, I imagine the reason they don't support those applications is because they prefer to focus on other mainstream applications.-finThalestry logicsupport.com im with them , they handle all our servers and believe me they are master guys , amazing response time , very high quality work i strongly suggest you to check logicsupport once :)www.bobcares.comwww.acunett.comwww.serverwizards.comwww.supportlobby.comwww.assistanz.comwww.cliffsupport.comwww.attacker.netSome of the Server Management companies I have come across here at WHT. I haven't used them personally so don't have any experience in regards to their level of service. We definitely need to add www.totalserversolutions.com to the list as well.Hello,
