clear your cahce and also empty your prefetch file and flush your DNS sounds like a cookie or setting is holding you up.

is it on your site or is the site vb.org? if it is their site nothing you can do..if you have that theme on your site then you will have to go through the code your missing a <div> tag or <td><tr> or several of them unknown ...I would start in the foorter and see.
