yeah, it's a little messed up but...

If you have 3.7.1 and upload the 3.8 XML just revert the Forum Home Templates
And It will work and look fine!

all the images are linked to completegfx site so remove all instances of:
http://www.completegfx.com/

from the style in style manager

LAZYboy is still a wip style (work in progress) hense there maybe bugs, to be honest completeGFX shouldn't have even released it in my opinion.
