nope, if you use nulled vbseo of trusted nuller like GYSN or DGT then you wont be in trouble and another thing if you have your site on offshore host then they cannot bother you or force you to shutdown your site.

I rent my own VPS just for my forums. then your almost 95% sure you wont get caught.

Unless your on a offshore host your chances of getting busted are fairly high.
