Javascript is client side processing so you do not need javascript support.
You only need ASP support.

What ever you meant javascript is still client side processing.
You write javascript with ASP in a text file with a .asp extension. The ASP is translated and executed by the server the javascript is translated and executed by the client machine. There is no requirement for support of javascript on the server. You do not have to look for it in the cotext of a host server.
