What is the best web hosting site for the money?

I can't afford spending a ton of money on my business website. I'm thinking more along the lines of $100, or a small monthly fee, say $10. (I don't plan on any e-commerce.) Just a nice, well-designed, professional site, with NO ads.<br />

I already have a domain name through GoDaddy. Should I just use them? I don't have any "coding" knowledge, nor the time to sit down and design it myself. It's going to take long enough coming up with the content. I will need templates and just feed the information into them.<br />
