what is Generic Host Process for Win23 it keep shutting down my compter when i try to get on the net

when i go to the internet this pops up then another box pops up and says NT Authority/ System Docom Sever process launcher. Messages service terminated. So what is basically happeing is when i go to the internet my computer shuts down. Im using my lab top now not my desktop that is messed up<br />

I think it's a virus. The easiest and most guranteed way to recover is to back up your important files & use the recovery cd that came with your laptop.
