vBulletin Admin CP Error

Hey Im connor and Ive been having problems with my Admin CP since the time I installed vBulletin and Its coming up a blank screen
ijinxer.org/admincp
it has nothing?.. installed it twice and all times failed?
Can someone help
(Note: Im not listening to people who say ( Install it again or delete databases, im no noob..)
